He was until recently, Managing Director & Company Secretary
of Widia India Limited where his responsibilities included
Finance & Accounts Human Resources including Training
& Organisational Development, International Trade which
included purchase. As Company Secretary, he was in charge
of over-all Operations.
In his responsibility as Managing Director, he finalised
collaboration tie-ups with Widia GmbH. Of Germany & and
also with other reputed European and American companies
Rajagopalan had a key role in evolving corporate policies
including Industrial Relations policy of the Company. Policies
were highly successful enabling the Company to grow at compounded
rate of 15% to 20% per annum for three decades.
Rajagopalan was also, responsible for implementing several
new projects undertaken by the Company, including establishment
of a second factory location at Patancheru , Andhra Pradesh,
India. Responsibilities included co-ordinating with the Financial
Institutions and Commercial Banks, Possessing sound knowledge
of procedures and practices in the areas of Project -financing.
Rajagopalan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India & Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries

Anil heads the Corporate Marketing and Alliances Group at
i-flex solutions. In this capacity, Anil leads the highly

and consulting industry leaders. He is also responsible for

Anil brings to i-Flex over 21 years of experience in the
IT and Telecom industry, having conducted business in over
25 countries.
He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
as a system Analyst. In 1988 he joined i-flex as Regional
Manager, with responsibility for sales in the Africa, Middle
East and Indian sub-continent. During his stint at i-flex,
Anil was recognised to make the first MicroBanker product
sale in a tough market like Nigeria.
After his 6 year stint in i-flex he joined AT&T as General
Manager - Sales and Marketing and thereafter after a brief
stint at GE- Capital Spacenet Services, Anil re-joined AT&T
in its Bell Labs Division as General Manager - Value, Technology
Trials and Partners Management.
Anil has also worked with Deutsche Software as Vice President
and Head for Corporate Center and Business Development.
Anil is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications.
Vasu Murti
Vasu is an expert in product life cycle management and has
experience in marketing management aspects of launching/managing
high tech products.
He was Director, Product Management, at VPIsystems, a German
start-up company, Product Manager in Optical Networking at
Lucent Technologies Inc. and Systems Engineer at Bellcore.
Prior to this he spent a decade in the shipbuilding industry
both in India and the USA where as a Naval Architect his responsibilities
included designing ships, reviewing designs for effectiveness,
value engineering, estimating, planning, negotiating, contract
management and project/program management.
He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the
UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO. He also holds a Bachelors degree in
Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding from the UNIVERSITY OF
COCHIN with a Masters in Ocean Engineering from FLORIDA ATLANTIC
